Beat the heat with Extreme Pita Contest



Today is another hot summer day and I think the Humidity is going to take effect.  When it is hot and humid I do not like to cook, I am sure many would agree with me on this one.  I always try to eat healthy and at the same time buy something tasty.  I just love pitas!

  1. I love pitas too! My favourite is the chicken Caesar from Pita Pit!! So delicious! It's too bad we don't have one in our town though.

  8. Mine is not to put salad dressing on my salad. I dip my fork into a little bowl of it then take a bite of salad, saves so many calories!

  11. I count calories so I know if I am staying on track. I drink a glass of water before each meal to help me feel satisfied sooner also.

  12. Always look at the sugar and fat content in products. Just because it's low in fat doesn't mean it hasn't been substituted with lots of sugar.
