Time to Butt-Out!

I want to quit smoking and find that to buy the aids to quit can get pretty costly so I signed up for the stop study program and received a box in the mail with the Nico-Derm step patches and lozenges by Nicorette.  I am looking forward to quitting and prepared with my aids.  
    In order to participate you have to do a survey and then they send you out a box of quitting smoking aids.
My quit date is August 7th and I really want to beat this habit!
